Series 6000 - 2 Lane Tape Applicator 
This is an example of what Tapeler's custom design department can do to meet your particular tape or hook & loop application needs. This customer was in need of a machine to apply 2 strips of tape onto a variable length extrusion. We took their process requirements and developed the custom designed tape applicator pictured above. The operator assists in the loading of the product, which is then taken away via a roller drive system. A leading edge sensor detects the product and dispenses the tape; then a trailing edge sensor detects the end of the product and cuts the tape to finish the application.
